Megan Costello joined The Fertilizer Institute as Senior Vice President of Member and Public Affairs in October 2024. At TFI, she is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the organization’s member engagement, public affairs, marketing, communications, and sales efforts. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s reputation, fostering revenue growth, and ensuring effective member interactions.
Megan brings with her more than 25 years of experience working as an association executive. Most recently, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff for the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), where she oversaw membership, marketing, communications, meetings/events, global growth, operations, and resource utilization.
Megan earned her BA in History from the University of Delaware.
