Mark is a Transportation Industry Analyst with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Dispute Resolution Services (CADRS) at the Federal Maritime Commission headquartered in Washington D.C. Mark has also been recently appointed the Export Advocate for the Commission. Prior to civil service, Mark spent almost 30 years working in the 3PL space with Expeditors International and DHL. Mark is an industry veteran with comprehensive experience in both international logistics and trade compliance within a complex supply chain environment. In 2022, Mark’s leadership in support of a government program, Operation Warp Speed, led to a “Global Supply Chain Excellence Supplier of the Year” accolade. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University.
