If you are a member of TFI and interested in exhibiting at this year’s conference, exhibit space is complimentary. If you are an editorial representative of news media and interested in exhibiting, the cost is $500. Reserve your table early, exhibit space is limited (see conference registration form).

E-Checks:
TFI is not responsible for e-check or wire transaction fees.
Attendees are required to pay the fee if the e-check or wire transfer
is not initiated at a U.S. bank. A $25 fee should be added to
the total registration amount if the e-check or wire is initiated at
a foreign bank. All credit card transactions are processed in U.S.
dollars so TFI receives the full registration amount. Please have your accounting department notify TFI if you are using an e-check as payment for the registration fee.
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please provide
your credit card number, expiration date, your signature and credit
card billing address.
Checks: Make checks payable to The Fertilizer Institute, drawn on a U.S. bank.
Wire Transfer: Please contact TFI at wiretransfer@tfi.org for wire transfer information.

Registrations are not official until payment is received. Only the names of those attendees registered by Jan. 29 will appear on the advance registration list and the final list. The registration list will be e-mailed bi-weekley to attendees who provide an e-mail address. Please note that your name, address and company will appear exactly as you have indicated on your registration form. No additional list of attendees will be published during or after the conference.

Passport and Visa Information |
A valid passport, and in many cases a visa, is required for entry into the United States. Attendees are invited to contact the nearest American Consulate in their country for information on visa requirements applicable to them and start their application as early as possible. Applications are available at all U.S. embassies and consulates, and are also available for download from the U.S. Department of State’s Web site at http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html.
The State Department suggests applying for visas as early as possible. You may need to request letters from TFI inviting you to attend and/or confirming your attendance in order to receive a visa. If the American Consulate in your country requires originals to be sent to you, please provide a credit card number in order to charge the courier fees.

CHANGE IN PLANS: You may substitute another person in your place at any time by
calling or e-mailing the conference department. If you must cancel,
and have no one to replace you, your refund request must be
in writing and postmarked no later than Jan. 15 in order to
receive a full refund, less a 25 percent administrative charge.
Refunds will not be granted after this date. No refunds will be
granted for no-shows. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Refunds take six to eight weeks to process after the conferece.
RECOMMENDED DRESS: Business attire.
